Located just off the confluence of SR-4 and CA-160, this property measures approximately 2.2 million square feet on ±143 acres. With onsite BNSF rail service, its own highway on-ramp at SR-160 and Wilbur Avenue, and affordable comparable drayage costs, the property offers superior transportation and distribution access compared to any other business park in the area.
